We are all for putting out good vibes and allowing it to manifest in our own lives becoming a contagious to others. Sharing the love, leaving the weight, brushing off negativity and rising above suppression.

My Journey Towards Holistic Health

I’ve been on an gradual journey of discovery that’s had me intruiged about people who have mastered self healing through foods and alternative therapies. Having travelled 27 odd countries and experienced these various cultures of food, rituals and traditions I started to realised the west dont have it as right as we think. I read and heard stories of so many that had overcome awful illnesses or ailments or correcting an imbalance with just one food group, herb or habitual practice. These traditional practices in some cultures have been around for thousands of years yet they are frowned upon and squashed by modern medicine.

I’ve always been fairly well and never needed to pop pills and be on medication but being sent home from hospital after a few knee ops with a load of meds was quite a shock for me. Especially when you had to take one or two to counteract the others. How many meds are people on for life that they have to do this. I started to realise that not one size fits all when it comes to our daily intake of food types. That we’d lost the mere basics to living well, healthy and long, tarnished by the processed rich foods and instant but not long term fix big pharma. That the imbalances caused by our modern stressful life, our toxic foods/water and lack of self care are becoming detrimental to the health of most people we know. These small influences, triggers or nudges, intrigued me to know more. I believe our planet holds all the keys we need. We are from the earth to which it provides all our nourishment, our essence of survival, so why is it so absurd to think that this too provides our health and healing,
This led me to doing a few online courses to find out more which drew me to AHN that captured the essence of what I was passionate about. Using food for medicine and serving our earth as it has served us.

My holistic journey has opened up my realm to the incredible and very lost ancient ways of living and using the lands resources for our medicinal survival.
I consider myself a citizen of the world, not tied and conformed to the patriotism of one specific country. I am an environmentalist and am absolutely in awe of the beauty of this world and the incredible provider that our planet is. I love learning and moving in a direction that fulfills my soul. I believe there is much more to life than what society have us believe and want to empower others to create their own unique pathway. 

I enjoy quality food and drink that brings people together through all walks of life and cultures. We have so much to learn and share from everyone we encounter. My passion is to be a servant of giving, loving and a desire to uplift those that are stuck, though nourishment of the body.

Your product - Terra Firma is amazing. I think it's really fabulous. I thought it was delicious. Honestly, I loved it because I love my coffee and I do still have coffee in the morning. Im having the Terra Firma at night because  I like to have a little warm something or other in the evening. And I used to sometimes do a little decaf coffee, but I don't really like to drink coffee at all in the evening. This is a really good alternative. And I thought it was delicious. I love the cinnamon.

I made it with hot water and then topped up with milk and little bit of honey and it was delicious. I just thought it was fab. I like the consistency, having lots of amazing, herbs and spices in it.

Now that I’ve officially entered the “forty-something” club, I still find myself occasionally wondering how I got here. Conceptually, it’s a blur—but physically? I feel every bit of it. We mapped out a plan to achieve the goals I had set and discussed many different areas which I found both interesting and educational. Sarah created a safe and comfortable environment and allowed for an open conversation where lots of questions could be asked and answered.
