Eczema Sufferers

When the weather and nutrition change due to environmental, and life factors, eczema sufferers frequently have flare-ups. Mine has been a bit of both and the internal heat we carry from a very yang lifestyle through summer can cause imbalances with our internal yin system. Those susceptible to holding heat and dampness will often manifest symptoms through the skin, through allergic reactions, or as food intolerance. Addressing the root cause of the imbalance effecting the body’s energy system and restoring harmony through herbal medicine, lifestyle modifications, and dietary changes.

So the goal this week is to promote heat reduction, incorporate more cooling food and strengthen the body’s overall health to prevent future flare-ups

1 tsp Vanilla Powder
2 tsp Honey
1 Frozen Banana

1 tsp Matcha
1 cup Pineapple

HEALING BROTH
1/2 cup Mungs Beans
1 tbsp Miso
Organic Veg Stock
Floret cut Broccoli
Slices and halved Courgette
1 Onion diced
Bunch of Chard
1/2 cup Sweet Corn
Salt & Pepper seasoning
1 cup of diced Chestnut Mushroom
1/3 cup Runner Beans
1 tbsp Dried Basil
3 Diced Tomatoes
