After completing my Holistic Nutrition Coaching course it occurred to me that the bigger picture may be trying to push itself into my detail-oriented view. But there were blocks preventing me from moving forward and using my voice to help and empower others. This wonderful woman, Alyssa came into my orbit at the perfect time.
Her “Own Your Voice” program she has created enabled me to unlock past fears, blocks, and traumas. I had no idea that all these issues were linked to my inability to be confident and believe in myself. Allowing these to surface and change my mindset, Alyssa taught me the essence of using my voice to conquer these irrational thoughts that were holding me back from going after what my true passion and potential has in store for me. However she has enabled me to see the authentic me with no judgement but only love. Thank you Alyssa 🫶
